Introduction

Yummy, healthy smoothies that will make you glow! Yummy, healthy smoothies that will make you glow!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1/2 c mango, sliced or cubed (frozen is good)
    1/2 peach slices (frozen is good)
    handful fresh spinach
    water (as needed to make smooth)
    Ice, if you want.

Tips

Frozen mango and peaches are super easy to keep and will replace the ice in this smoothie


Directions

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add water to make it go and ice if you wish.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups.
