Ingredients

    Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 3 serving
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 3 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 3 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup
    cheddar cheese

Tips

If cooking in crock pot for 8 hours do not cook the turkey.


Directions

chop all that stuff except the cheese up and put it in the crock pot. Don't pre-cook the turkey if you are cooking for 8 hours. Do pre-cook it if you are doing it for a shorter period of time like 3 hours on high. When done serve with pita chips and sprinkle of cheese.
