Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Half a can of canned pumpkin
    1c. Soy milk
    6-8 oz. Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
    3 tsp. (or more or less to taste) Splenda
    2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
    6 Ice Cubes (more or less to desired texture)

Tips

Amounts of spices, extract, sweetner, and ice are easily adjusted to personal taste.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
