Clementine Salad

Introduction

I am doing my best to remember a recipe that I got from the grocery store where I work. I am doing my best to remember a recipe that I got from the grocery store where I work.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups very hot water
    6 oz package of orange sugar free jello
    1 16 oz. container of Cool Whip Lite
    6 clementines, peeled and sectioned
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    1/4 cup coconut
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    20 oz. crushed pineapple

Directions

Pour jello into the very hot water and stir until completely dissolved. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes, or until when you dip your finger in, it comes out coated with the jello.

Whip in the Cool Whip until completely mixed. Add pineapple and stir thoroughly. Add clementines, marshmallows, coconut and walnuts.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
