High Protein Oatmeal

Introduction

Natural oatmeal high in protein and fiber and low in processed sugar. Natural oatmeal high in protein and fiber and low in processed sugar.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Steel-cut Irish Oats
    1/4 cups each raisins and dried cranberries
    1/2 scoop Optimum Nutrition (or equivilant) vanilla whey protein powder
    1 tsp psyllium husk powder
    Sprinkle of dried rolled oats

Directions

Cook steel-cut oats as per instructions. Leave slightly watery. Mix oats with raisins, cranberries, protien powder, and psyllium husk powder. Sprinkle rolled oats on top.
