Easy beef chow mein

    1 Tbs Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Tbs Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    245 grams or 8 oz. Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed or an kind of beef
    1/4 c fresh onion
    3 stalks Celery
    8 oz can Water Chestnuts Dynasty Whole in water
    2 c Mixed Vegetables frozen
    1 cup of Nissin Cup Noodles Spicy Chile Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup,
    2 Tbs Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour,
    1 tsp Canola or any type of oil


mix first 3 ingredients, slice beef into thin strips add to the soy mixture and let it marinade while you cut up the onion into slices Julianne style, and the celery too. In skillet add tsp of oil add beef cook for about 5 mins then while that cooks cook the cup of noodle following the instructions (usually add water and cook for 3 min in the microwave) in a bowl add the broth of the cup of noodle save the noodles then add flour to the broth of cup of noodle mix.

Add this mixture to the beef and bring to a boil, then add all the veggies and cook for about 5 mins remove from heat then add the noodles and mix. Comes out great with a hint of spice.
