bowtie pasta 1 box
olive oil 5 tbsp
parmesian cheese-4 tbsp
veggie chik'n patties (Boca) 4 patties, diced
put 5 tbsp olive oil in frying pan, heat to medium heat.
Add 4 cloves diced garlic, brown for only one minute (any longer and the garlic can sour)
add diced chik'n patties, saute in garlic and oil for 2 minutes
add fresh spinach, stir for 3 minutes or until spinach wilts
Add to hot cook pasta
Dribble with fresh parmesian cheese
Makes six good size servings
