Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
Beans, white, 2 cup (2 cans)
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup (2 cans)
Garlic, 1 tbsp (minced)
Onion powder, .5 tsp
Allspice, .25 tsp
Cumin seed, .2 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving (1 can)
Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 56 gram(s) (2 packets)
Tips
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place monkey spleen (pork) in bottom of pot.
Add water.
Plaster the meat with the minced garlic.
Season meat with onion powder, Allspice, ground cumin and black pepper.
Wash/scrub potatoes and cut into tiny pieces, adding to pot around meat in bottom of pot (in water).
Sprinkle a bit of the Ranch Seasoning mix over the mixture.
Drain and add one can of white beans.
Sprinkle a bit of the Ranch Seasoning mix over the mixture.
Drain and add one can of green beans.
Sprinkle a bit of the Ranch Seasoning mix over the mixture.
Drain and add one can of white beans.
Sprinkle a bit of the Ranch Seasoning mix over the mixture.
