Broccoli cheese Soup

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tbls butter
    2 tbls flour
    2 cups milk
    1 cup cheese shredded
    4 cups fresh broccoli, steamed

Directions

Steam broccoli. While it steams melt butter, then add flor and whisk until combined. slowly add milk while whisking. once milk has simmered for at least 5 min. add cheese and continue whisking until mixture starts to boil and get thick. Turn heat down and continue to stir so bottom doesn't burn. Add broccoli and stir. Serve hot.

Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
