Introduction

Absolutely delicious! Absolutely delicious!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    In a large bowl combine:

    1.5 c. black beans
    1.5 c. chickpeas
    1.5 c. edamame beans
    1.5 c. white kidney (or red) beans
    1 medium red onion, diced
    1 medium read pepper, diced
    1/2 c. Splenda
    1/2 c. Canola Oil
    1/2 C. White Vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Stir to combine flavors periodically.

Tips

Best if allowed to refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
