Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/4 cup dry)
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 3 oz
    Almonds 19
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup (enough to allow to move in blender)
    Ice 1 cup

Directions

Cook oatmeal, allow to cool. Add oatmeal, banana, almonds and yogurt to blender. Pulse till pureed. Add enough milk to blend well. Add ice. Enjoy
