1 box mac and cheese 1/4 cup 1% milk 4 Tbls lite margarine 1/2 cup diced onion 1 clove garlic, minced 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Boil macaroni in water until al dente; drain. Add milk and 3 tbls margarine. Saute onion and garlic in remaining butter. Mix onion, garlic and bacon into macaroni and spoon into 8 x 8 - inch casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
