Yum! What a great "dessert!" I halved the recipe for my husband and I think next time I will want to make a little more. Don't be intimidated by the 6 servings, it doesn't make enough for 6 people -- 2 servings is a good sized mug's worth. - 1/27/08

Since I'm only one, I halved the recipe and stored the excess in the fridge for another chilly night. Worked well and tasted delightful! - 1/26/08

This is great! I especially like using Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa, it is extra rich, but not as sweet. - 1/22/08

This is how my beloved Mother-in-law always prepared hot cocoa and no one could touch hers for the creaminess.
Even better: I use the Aerolater (handheld whipper) to whip individual cups of cocoa for my grandchildren. They THINK they're getting a rich and much larger cup than they actually get! - 1/22/08

I would like to make this it sounds good, but I would probably drink this all myself in one day, which is not good. Was wondering if powdered milk would work and mix it up ahead of time and use hot water to make it and then add the extract? - 1/23/08
