    Garlic, 8 cloves(remove)
    Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)(remove)
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Coriander seed, 1.5 tsp(remove)
    Paprika, 1.5 tsp(remove)
    *fenugreek, 1.5 tsp(remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp(remove)
    Serrano Peppers, 2 pepper(remove)
    Tamarinds, .125 cup, pulp(remove)
    *Garam Masala Spice Blend, 1.5 tsp(remove)
    Cloves, ground, .125 tbsp(remove)
    Coconut, raw, 30 grams(remove)
    Red Potato, 454 grams(remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)(remove)

Directions

sautee onions in sesame, add garlic and spices, Advise you crush the seeds first. then whiz till smooth return to pan and add cooked potatoes, and frozen veggies and simmer aout 20 min. Serve. if you like it hotter add another serrano or habanero pepper
