Introduction

Yummy one pot soup, I add turkey meatballs when I heat it up to make it a filling dinner. Yummy one pot soup, I add turkey meatballs when I heat it up to make it a filling dinner.

Ingredients

    Water, tap, 1.75 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    **Soup- Campbell's French Onion Soup, 10.5 oz
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1.5 cup (
    Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 1.25 Cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chicken bouillon, 4 cube
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2 carrot (7-1/2")
    *Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid), 5 serving

    Rosemary, oregano, salt & pepper

Tips

(to make veg / vegan use vegetable stock instead of chicken)


Directions

Sweat onions, garlic, carrots and celery until tender. Add bouillon cubes and chicken stock. Add both cans of diced tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Add french onion soup (no extra water needed). Add corn and black eyed pees. Let simmer for about an hour.

Spices used - rosemary, oregano & salt/pepper/
