1 Large Head Cauliflower
2 Scallions, chopped
3 TBSP Brummel & Brown Spread w/ Yogurt (or equivalent)
4 TBSP (2 oz) Light Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Pepper
Any other herbs/spices you want to add. I prefer a pinch of Paprika or Cayenne and garlic powder.
Add to a food processor: cauliflower, scallions, butter substitute, light cream cheese, salt, pepper, any other herbs/spices you like, and puree.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
