Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 20 oz
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 tbsp
    Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork pieces in bottom of pot.
Add water.
Season meat with onion powder, Allspice, black pepper and add minced garlic.
Add Teriyaki sauce.
Wash/scrub potatoes, cut into tiny bits and add to pot.
Drain and add kidney beans, corn and green beans.
Add red pepper flakes.
Add Italian Seasoning Mix.
Cover and set on Low.
