Black Bean "Burgers"

Ingredients

    Beans, pinto, 1.75 cup
    Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, .125 cup
    Harris Teeter - Border Blend Corn, 0.5 cup
    *Pesto - Genova Pesto, 2 tbsp

Directions

Put rinsed beans and pesto in a food processor, pulse till blended. Take mixture out of the blender and hand mix in corn and panko bread crumbs. When ready to cook portion out 1/5 of container and put in a non stick frying pan on medium heat. Cook about 3-5 minutes a side and serve! I eat these plan but I bet they would be good on a bun too!
