CrockPot Beeef Stew

Ingredients

    1LB Beef Stew Meat
    1 Can diced tomatoes
    1 Can Beef Broth
    3 Potatoes Cubed
    1/4 C Flour
    1tsp sugar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix flour and sugar to coat meat. Brown meat in skillet. Dice/cub potatoes to desired size and add to crock. Add broth and tomatoes and stew meat. Cook for 7-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
