Introduction
Made with healthy ingredients like Almond Milk and protein powder! Made with healthy ingredients like Almond Milk and protein powder!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
2 oz low fat cream cheese
1 cup almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp SF Torani Hazelnut syrup (or any flavor you like)
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 cup finely shredded coconut (I use reduced fat)
2 packets stevia
Tips
If you use chocolate protein powder it makes a peanut butter cup flavored ice cream!!
Directions
In a ninja or small food processor blend cream cheese, almond milk, protein powder, and SF syrup. Freeze for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, cream together peanut butter with the coconut and stevia (you can pulse the coconut in a blender to make it more smooth textured).
Mix the peanut butter/coconut mix into the almond milk mixture, then place into container and cover with plastic wrap (to prevent freezer burn). Freeze for 2 hours, then serve!
Serving Size: Makes 4, 1/2 cup servings
