4 Dates, pits removed
.5 c Macadamia nuts
2 tbsp Coconut oil
.5 c Blueberries
.5 c Coconut
Notes / Directions
Pulverize dates in food processor until a paste forms, about 40 seconds.
Add walnuts and nacadamia nuts and blend until very fineky chopped, about 35 seconds.
While running, drizzle cocunut oil and stop as soon as blended in.
Scrape batter into bowl. Stir in blueberries and 1/2 c cocunut.
Form into balls then roll in leftover coconut.
Refridgerate if not used right away.
Serving Size: Makes 12 balls
