Flax seed meal bread

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Flax seed meal
    5 large eggs
    2 tbsp salted butter
    1/3 cup EVOO
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    non-sugar sweetener to taste(recommend 12 packets)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well and bake in 10x13 dish @ 350 for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 pieces
