Festival Sausage Bake

Ingredients

    1 pd rigatoni sausage
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1 1/4 pd hot italian sausage
    2 lg green bell peppers (cut into 1/2" strips)
    2 med onions (cut into 1/2" strips)
    2 26 oz Spagetti sauce
    1/4 c parmesan cheese
    1 c Shredded mozzarelli cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according
according to package directions, drain.
2. Meanwhile in large skillet, heat oil over med. high
heat. Add sausage, peppers, onions and garlic,
and cook 15-20 minutes or until sausage is cooked
through and peppers and onions are tender. Stirring
occasionally.
3. Drain sausage mixture, and palce in large bowl. Add
Pasta, spagetti sauce, parmesan cheese mix well.
Pour into 13X9 pan, cover with aluminum foil, and
bake 10 min. or until heated through and cheese is
melted.
4. Remove foil, sprinkle sausage bake with mozzerlli
cheese then bake 10 min. or until heated through
and cheese is melted.
