Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Beef, tenderloin, 1 lb
    Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, .5 serving
    Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Garlic, 12 tsp
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef on bottom of pot.
Add beef broth.
Season with onion powder and Allspice.
Add minced garlic.
Drain and add garbanzo beans around meat.
Atop the garlic and inside the ring of garbanzo beans, add the barley.
Drizzle in the Teriyaki sauce over the whole thing.
Drain and add the corn.
Add the tomatoes with juices.
Cover and set on Low for 6 hours.
Cook rice in new, cute little rice cooker the wife picked up last night.
