Norwegian Christmas Wreaths

Ingredients

    2 hard boiled egg yolks
    Margarine, hard, 1 stick
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup
    Flour, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp

Directions

Put the boiled egg yolks through a seive and cream them with the margarine. Add sugar gradually while creaming. Add flour and vanilla, mix well. Roll into small balls and flatten with cookie "stamps". Bake at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookies sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
