3-14.5 oz. cans no-salt diced tomatoes
½-cup apple cider vinegar
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 onion, peeled and diced
12 baby carrots
1-tablespoon minced garlic
1 star anise flower pods
1-teaspoon fennel seeds
1-teaspoon hot sauce
1-teaspoon seasoned salt
Use this homemade ketchup recipe as a main ingredient in barbeque sauce or 1000 Island Dressing.
Store in a covered container in the fridge.
Serving Size: Makes 1 large bottle or jar.
