Introduction

A great hot breakfast (or lunch!) on a cold day. Can eat cold too. A great hot breakfast (or lunch!) on a cold day. Can eat cold too.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
    2 Tbsp chopped almonds (or pecans or walnuts)
    1/4 cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit)
    1/2 Tbsp honey
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup fat free milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the milk. Heat in microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds (or according to your microwave, till heated through). Mix in milk. Enjoy! Makes one serving.
