Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups canned Black Beans, drained
    3 cups Stewed Tomatoes
    6 TBSP Salsa
    6 TBSP Chopped Onion
    1/4 tsp. Pepper, red or cayenne (optional)
    1 TBSP Chili powder

Directions

Combine ingredients in pot and let simmer for appx. 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes three 1 1/2 cup servings
