Ingredients

1/2 pound Salmon (8oz)
1 tbsp Dill
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Low Fat Mayo
Tips
I don't actually use all of the mayo, I just put a dab on each fillet and smooth it out. It's not a thick layer, just a thin coat over the top
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit
Spray glass/nonstick pan with EVOO or coat with nonstick substance
Blend spices together
Cut Salmon in half (2 1/4 pound pieces aka 2 4oz pieces)
Spread thin layer low fat mayo over fish
Dust fish with season mixture
Bake 10-20 minutes. Most fish is done if it flakes easily with a fork.
Serving Size: Makes 1 to 2 servings (based on appetite!)
