FRANKS LEFT OVER PORK LOIN STEW

Introduction

A great use of left over PORK LOIN ROAST A great use of left over PORK LOIN ROAST
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    16 oz left over pork loin roast, cut into small pieces
    2 cups of lower sodium chicken broth, divided
    .25 c flour mixed with 1 c of chicken broth
    1 pkg of vegetable stir fry vegetables.
    season to taste but use no salt (the broth has plenty)
    seasoning to taste

Tips


Directions

add cut pork loin into large skillet and add 1 cup of broth
cook till warm
add can of mushroom soup and 1 cup of broth and stir frequently
add package of frozen vegetable stir fry
cook over medium heat till thoroughly hot to taste

Serving Size: makes 6 2 cup servings
