Italian sausage lasagna (1/12 pan)

Introduction

Basic lasagna: sauce, ricotta, spinach, italian sausage Basic lasagna: sauce, ricotta, spinach, italian sausage
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 jar tomato-basil pasta sauce
    4 links of italian sausage, pre-cooked
    1 1/2 packages no-boil lasagna noodles
    16 oz part-skim ricotta
    2 eggs
    1 package spinach
    16 oz mozzarella cheese, part-skim

Directions

Mix ricotta with eggs & salt & pepper to taste. Mix in spinach.
Layer: sauce, noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, noodles, sausage with more sauce, 1/2 mozzarella cheese, noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, noodles, sauce, cheese.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 12 slices (13x9 pan)
