Introductioneasy and fast side dish easy and fast side dish
2 cups Whole wheat rotini noodles (dry)
1 Large tomato (chopped)
1/2 Large green bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 Cup Fat Free Italian dressing
Chop tomato, green pepper and any other veggies you want (zucchini, peas, green beans, etc.)
Drain water from noodles and rinse with cold water.
Add vegitables and dressing, toss to coat.
Serve warm or chilled, serves 6.
