Homemade vegetable beef soup Homemade vegetable beef soup

Ingredients

    3/4 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 c onion
    1 c celery
    1.5 c carrots
    2 clove garlic
    3/4 tbls Better than Bullion Beef Base
    4 c cabbage
    4 c water
    46 ounce tomato juice
    2 T parlsey
    1 tsp red peper flakes
    Thyme
    Basil
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Brown beef and rinse. Add onion, garlic and celery cook til softened. Add tomato juice, water, carrots and cabbage -
Add seasonings to taste
simmer for 1 hour.

Serving Size: 16+ cups soup
