Ingredients

    1 scoop of protein powder, chocolate preferably
    1/2 cup of frozen berries (strawberries or blueberries are best)
    1 cup of unsweetened vanilla or chocolate almond milk
    5 ice cubes


Directions

Add all ingredients in the blender, combine until thickened, drink, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 large serving, or 2 small servings. (About 2 Cups)
