Introduction

A makeover of a favorite nutrition bar! A makeover of a favorite nutrition bar!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons flaxseeds (or approximately 3 tablespoons ground)
    1/4 cup agave
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup raw whole almonds, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
    1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

Grind flaxseeds and combine in a small bowl with agave and salt.

Coarsely chop almonds and apricots and add them to a large bowl along with coconut. Pour in flax mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Spread batter onto a teflex sheet. Score into 12 bars.

Dehydrate on 110 overnight.
