-One mango (remove pit and skin)
-2 tbsp of sugar (table sugar will do)
-8 oz plain yogurt (recipe calculated with Dana brand plain yogurt, 140 cals per 8 oz serving)
-About 8 to 10 ice cubes
Place ice, yogurt, sugar, and mango into blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Note: Both of the servings will be fairly large, almost like a meal in itself, so if you plan on drinking this as an accompaniment to a meal you may want to halve the recipe or just separate it into four smaller servings.
