Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 tsp. Olive Oil,
    12 oz Ground beef, extra lean
    1 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    2 Leeks,
    1.5 cups Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    2 med, Potato, raw,
    1 cup Cabbage, fresh, chopped
    3 med Carrots, raw
    1 tsp. Granulated Sugar
    .5 tsp. Dill weed, dried,
    1 Bay Leaf,
    14 oz can Beets Aylmer whole rosebuds
    1 carton Campbell's Beef Broth
    .5 cup water

Directions

Scramble fry beef and onion in hot olive oil for 10 min until onion is softened and beef no longer pink.
Add all ingredients except beets. Stir/ Cook uncovered about 30 min. till tender.
Add beets with juice. Cook another 5 min till heated through.
