Ingredients

    2 canns chicken
    1 each, yellow, red, green pepper (sliced)
    1 red onion (sliced)
    1/4 C. Balsamic
    2 T. Soy sauce

Tips

Add desired seasonings. Serve over rice or fresh spinach.


Directions

Slice veggies. Add to heated non-stick or sprayed pan. Add vinegar and soy sauce and chicken. Saute until veggies tender.
