Introduction

This is a powder base to make any "cream of soup". It is a great substitute when a recipe calls for a can of cream of somthing soup. This is a powder base to make any "cream of soup". It is a great substitute when a recipe calls for a can of cream of somthing soup.

Ingredients

    1 c. Non Fat Dried Milk
    3/4 c. Corn Starch
    1/4 c. Bouillion (any flavor, use granules)
    4 tbs. freeze dried minced onions
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

**For the equivalent of one can of condensed cream soup, mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cup water. Cook until thick.
