1 lb salmon
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 tsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
Combine ginger, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a container. Coat salmon in marinade and cover, at least 20 minutes but up to 24 hours.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes, add more time if you like your fish well done.
