1 whole grain tortilla wrap
1 cup of fresh spinach
1/2 cup of chopped red pepper (or any other pepper you like)
1/2 cup of shredded chicken
1-2 slices of fresh tomato
Cook your chicken ahead of time. Before you decide you want to make this. If you need dressing for this a low cal dressing will do.
2. Chop your 1 cup of spinach and red pepper to liking.
3. Slice your fresh tomato to small slices (1-2 will go inside.)
4. Place your tortilla inside a microwave for approximately 25 seconds, or until easy to wrap around contents.
5. Place all ingredients inside and wrap in like a burrito style.
Serving Size: makes 1 wrap
