IntroductionSlow cooker chicken, potato and corn soup, with cream of chicken soup with herbs and ranch seasoning mix. Slow cooker chicken, potato and corn soup, with cream of chicken soup with herbs and ranch seasoning mix.
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 units
Potato, raw, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
Garlic, 3 tbsp
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs 2 cans
Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s) (one packet)
Onion powder, .5 tsp
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub potatoes and dice into small bits, add to pot.
Drain and add garbanzo beans and corn.
Sprinkle with onion powder.
In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with herbs, ranch seasoning mix, garlic and water. Mix well, (I use an electric mixer) and pour over contents of pot.
Cover and set on Low for several hours.
Prior to serving, fish around in the pot and break up the chicken into chunk sized bits.
