    1 quart low sodium organic vegetarian broth
    1/2 quart low sodium organic chicken broth
    3 potatoes
    2 large carrots
    1 medium onion
    4 garlic cloves
    2 large celery stalks
    4 brussel sprouts
    1 cup soaked white beans
    1 large sprig rosemary
    several sprigs parsley
    thyme
    turmeric
    cumin
    1/2 tsp. jalapano pepper

Directions

Put everything into a pot and cover with 10 cups of lliquid - see ingredients - and simmer one hour.
