Slow Cooker Turkey

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 lbs turkey meat
    1/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 packet dry onion soup mix

Directions

Rinse turkey and pat dry.

Rub turkey all over with onion soup mix.

Put celery, onion, and broth in bottom of slow cooker.

Put turkey on top.

Cook on high for one hour. Cook on low for 7 hours.
