Mushroom Chops with Baked Potato

Ingredients

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, healthy request
4 bone-in pork chops
1/2 cup milk (nutrition includes 1%)
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 baked potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
Brown chops in olive oil in a 10in skillet. Remove and drain on paper towels, set aside.
Saute minced garlic in remaining oil, then add soup and milk to skillet. Bring to a boil.
Return the chops to the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the chops are cooked through (160 degrees F). Serve with baked potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
