Cranberry orange nut relish, uncooked Cranberry orange nut relish, uncooked
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 bag fresh cranberries
    1 c sugar to taste
    orange, washed, juiced, pulp chopped up, skin cut into small bits
    walnut or pecan pieces or bits

Directions

Chop cranberries in blender or processor. Add nut pieces, orange skin pieces, pulp, juice, sugar. Stir and refrigerate. Best made a day or two ahead. Keeps well in frig.

Serving Size: makes about 16 1/4 cup servings
