Introduction

Changed to carrots and sweet peppers instead of onion, since I like a sweeter slaw, but I like the proportions and the serving size for this slaw, I could eat a ton of it .. guilt free. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Cups Shredded green cabbage
    1 Cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup finely chopped red and green bell peppers
    1/4 cup apple cider or red wine vinegar
    3 Table Spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 TablespoonCelery Seed
    1/4 cup water
    1 Tablespoon Sesame Seed (optional)


Directions

Chop everything fine, mix all the rest, combine in large plastic container.

I like to choose a plastic container that has a top, so I can shake the ingredients together.

Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
