Italian Sauteed Veggies

Introduction

Good with Lasagna or Spaghetti Good with Lasagna or Spaghetti
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 cup sliced green pepper
    1 cup sliced onion
    2 cups sliced zucchini
    2 cups (8 oz?) sliced mushrooms
    Lowery's Seasoned Salt (to taste)
    Dried Oregano (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Put oil in a skillet over medium high heat ,or use electric frypan set at 350. Add the green pepper, onion, and zucchini. Stir fry until nearly as done as you like. Add the mushrooms, and sprinkle with Lowery's seasoned salt, oregano, and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for about a minute or until mushrooms are done. Makes about 6 servings. I think by the time everything cooks down, the serving size would be about 2/3 cup. I'll measure next time!
