Introduction

Slow cooker beef with peppers, served over rice. Slow cooker beef with peppers, served over rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 5 oz
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Baby Pepppers (Red & Orange) 3 peppers per serving, 4 serving
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    White Rice, long grain, 3 cup

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray
Place beef on bottom of pot
Add water
Season beef with onion powder, Allspice, Cumin and black pepper
Add Teriyaki sauce
Wash, de-seed and dice peppers, add over beef
Cover and set on Low
When nearing time to eat, boil water/cook rice.
