Breakfast scramble

Ingredients

    1/3 package of Hungry Jack Hash Brown dehydrated potatoes
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    4 slices of deli style ham
    1/2 cup shredded cheese
    2 jumbo egs

Directions

Measure 1/3 package of Hungry Jack dehydrated potatoes in a bowl and cover with hot water. Wait 12 minutes and drain. Then place in a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray and brown. Chop 1/4 cup pepper and 4 slices of deli style ham. Add to hash brown mixture and continue to brown. Mix two eggs in a bowl. Pour over top of hash brown mixture and top with shredded cheese. Cover and turn fire down to low for approximately 3 minutes. Uncover and serve. Makes 2 servings.
